Here is my new blog! I have never blogged before so be patient with me and hopefully you will have the courage to read me frequently and see me improve as time goes by!
What do I want to write about? What I feel, and so do I hear my husband asking himself from time to time : “When do we read good news? When will somebody make a journal with only good news?”
Well he’s right. We have more than enough sources to find out about all the bad, all the tragedy in the world, so let’s see if we can find some positive things in life! And if not, let’s create some nice moments of our own!
First of all, I hope you had a goodnight sleep! If you had, enjoy the day after a solid night of sleep. If not? Be glad it’s over and that you can now start the day! Take a few deep breaths and it will get better!
If you haven’t planned anything fun today: do it NOW! If you don’t have the time: make 5 minutes and enjoy something simple but something that makes you smile!
A perfect espresso? Close your eyes, forget about the world and let that hot fluid warm your body and soul!!
A breath of fresh air: go for a walk, or simply open the window and breath in and out!!
Send a sweet text or email or ecard to somebody special.
Make some nice plans for the weekend! Or a holiday coming up.
Life can be simple even in the most stressful days! Just create your moment in between the rush!
And tonight before you go to bed: look back on today and find at least 5 things that you enjoyed today, that were positive and write them down. Just put a little notebook next to your bed and write them down. Not only will you go to sleep with positive thoughts, you will practise to focus on the good things. No matter how small, write them down and say thank you! You will benefit from it!
What was the good news? Well that you can create good news everyday all by yourself! Start small and if you feel the need, dream bigger and make a plan to improve not only your world, but a bigger part of the wordl!
