It’s really very simple:
Life is not perfect
We are not perfect
So stop expecting it will ever be and more importantly:
STOP COMPLAINING about the imperfections of life!!
Instead of asking people: “How are you?” which opens the gates to full on complaining and misery sharing;
Ask: “What made you smile today?”
And automatically the mind searches in the positive emotions.

Instead of thinking when somebody approaches you: “And what does he/she want now? “
Think: “I wish you well”, and ask: “How can I help you?”
It’s all about the mindset!
And this you can train: learn your mind to have positive thoughts!
And as any training, it requires effort and perseverance.
Start with 1 day of no complaining.
Everytime you catch yourself with some negativity, stop yourself right there, mid-sentence, mid-thought! STOP!
Start any conversation with something positive!
Avoid people who complain all the time!
As misery loves company, you will very easily find a companion in complaining.

Be also very aware that you are not that company!
As you know how harmful negativity is:
– it only sinks you deeper into your misery
– it only leads to more focus on negativity
– it doesn’t change anything: only action does!
– it’s highly unattractive
– it puts you in victim modus and as long as you blame others for your misery, it will never get resolved.
The only option is: Be positive!!!
“Positive thinking is not about expecting the best to happen every time, it’s about accepting what happens and making the best of it!”

Now is the perfect timing to start training your mind in the positive thinking art!
The media helps your awareness with their action “Tournée minder gal”,
The new year has just started so you can as well make it a year with less/ no complaining,
And no time like the present: why wait to benefit from a positive mindset!
“Respect the gift of life by filling it with joy!”
Have a great, open minded, optimistic, ‘solution finding’, ‘accepting life as it is’, grateful week full of joy!!!!!!!!!
