Silence is where you find yourself, find truth, find wisdom …..
Silence is where you learn how to take action
And yet, it seems that most of us are afraid of silence…
Why?
What are you so afraid of?
Why do you keep hiding in noise, in all kinds of distractions??
Are you afraid of hearing the real you?
Are you afraid of the answers you might hear to your unspoken questions?
The holidays are coming up and it really is the ideal moment to go and find silence.

I urge you to go into nature, find peace and quiet.
We are part of nature and when you spend time in nature, you will experience that feeling of ‘coming home’ because that is where we truly belong!
Let nature and it’s silence rejuvenite you!
Become entirely still and listen…

Meditating/ being still is a journey of
really getting to know yourself,
seeing your path more clearly,
seeing what it is you are really longing for in life,
seeing what your obstacles are.

It is no wonder pill, it’s not a highway to heaven,
but it’s a way that takes you
to where you grow,
to where you see yourself for who you truly are, for what you stand for, for what you are willing to fight for,
to where you see what really matters to you.

Meditating is a process, it’s something that you make a habit of and then after a while you start feeling the benefits!
Even on days where you didn’t have the stillness in your mind you were hoping for, it still helped you.
Practice every day and your brain will transform into a much quieter place, a less reactive, less explosive mind.
( it is scientifically proven that the connections in your brain change through meditation)
This gives you the opportunity to make space in your life, to get rid of the clutter in your head, and around you.
You will find yourself taking a step back, reacting more calmly when otherwise you were already jumping the gun.

Less impulsive reactions means
less regrets,
wiser decisions,
more calmness,
less pain and suffering. ( for you and for the ones around you)

You will feel the energy flowing and that is what happiness really means: growing, feeling alive, feeling energetic.
Find your silence and it will be the best holiday ever!!!
You will never have had so much energy after a week or two weeks of vacation.
