Fear is faith turned inside out.

We fear, we worry, we are already exhausted by thinking and seeing all the worst case scenarios in our head and … nothing has actually happened yet!!!!!! So far, it were only thoughts!!!!How many times do we catch ourselves saying or thinking: “ if I had known it was only going to be this or so, I wouldn’t have worried that much!

So stop worrying so much!!

Stop thinking how things can go wrong!

You actually attract bad ‘luck’!

By thinking the worst, you see yourself failing, you already tell your mind that you are able to fail and yes!, your subconscious believes what your conscious mind thinks, believes, says. Whether it is true or not!

7% of your thinking is conscious, the other 93% is unconscious.

That’s why it is SO IMPORTANT to think positive thoughts!!!!

You feed 93% of your belief system!!

So have faith instead of fear!!

The more you think “I can”, the more chance you have it will actually work out for the best.

Believe, see yourself succeeding!

Know what you want,

Expect the best,

Let go of fear,

Open your mind to all possibilities, ( sometimes better things happen than what we pictured to be the best for us)

See yourself as you want to be,

Do what needs to be done by you , (of course just thinking you will reach something is not going to get the job done, you actually have to put in the work too)

Affirm how you see yourself in that future you want to reach!

This is how Michael and Elisabeth Rann-Arrott explain how “miracles” happen in their book “Shortcut to a Miracle”.

By knowing what you want,

visualizing yourself as how you will be once you’ve reached what you are aiming for,

believing it!,

and already feeling what it will feel like when you have become what you want to be,

you actually open the door to all things coming your way that will help you along your path towards your destination.

Believing is letting go of your fears.

Fear comes in all kinds of disguises:

Perfection! Yes! Perfection is fear is a fancy suit! What’s the worst than can happen when things aren’t ‘perfect’?? And what is perfect anyway? Your perfect, my perfect, their perfect,…???

Controlling! If you believe and have positive thoughts, things will have a way of working out! Let go of trying to get everyone around you acting how you think would be best for you and the situation.

“As I say Yes to life, life says Yes to me!” Louise Hay.

Not starting! You will never be ready, start anyway! Paths are made by walking! Franz Kafka.

Not aiming high enough! You deserve the best, believe that, aim for it! Why not! Don’t hold back! Why? For whom?

Doing what you think others expect you to do! No, It’s your life, do what you want to do! And thinking what others might be thinking, wanting, …is a very treacherous road!! Because you DON’T KNOW for sure what others think! And even if you think you know what they think…. ( still with me here? :-)), who says they won’t change their minds seeing you blossom in doing what is right for you! In seeing you becoming a strong, happy, energetic, positive person!

One last paragragh for those who still aren’t convinced of the power of positive thoughts!

Dr Masaru Emoto, a Japanese scientist, found mindblowing results during his 10 years study of ice crystals. You can read all about it in his book: “ The Hidden Messages in Water.” He found that the vibration of positive words made the water freeze in beautiful, harmonious ice crystals. Whereas when bad words, bad thoughts were issued to the water, it froze producing malformed, fragmented crystals! Unbelievable? Maybe, but it’s a fact!

And knowing our body consists for 70% of water: we too are very sensitive to the vibrations of what we/other people think about ourselves/us.

Think nice things about yourself, about others, and you and the others will benefit from it!!!

This is my call to all of you:

Think positive thoughts

Believe in good things happening

And they will!!!

Thank you all for reading me and I wish you all a very positive, happy, kind, optimistic, giving, eye opening week!!!!!!
